Since 2021, his journey in mortgage lending has been a fulfilling one, and he’s thrilled to now be part of the exceptional team at The Broker. John is deeply committed to fostering strong relationships with his outstanding agent partners and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. Professionally, his focus has shifted towards building and supporting a diverse team of loan officers, with a firm belief in championing the values of inclusion and excellence within the real estate community.

On a personal note from John: “Norfolk is not just where I live; it’s where my heart is, alongside my boyfriend and our trio of dogs—Blaze, Atlas, and Captain. Despite my California roots, the East Coast has become the backdrop to my professional growth. Beyond my role as a real estate partner, I take pride in founding the Virginia chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, where our community has flourished from 18 to nearly 60 members in just two years. Recently, I had the humbling opportunity to step away from my local chapter and extend my reach, overseeing and supporting 5 chapters within the Alliance. This reflects my genuine passion for fostering meaningful connections within the LGBTQ+ community, grounded in a spirit of service and humility.”
